Knee High stocks baby clothes by Bunnies by the Bay and the cutest Albetta baby rompers. Knee High also has beautiful hand embroidered little girls dresses which are perfect for parties. This selection of children's wear has been hand made especially for Knee High, from the finest cottons. Our soft and cuddly baby toys and Lazybones baby wraps make perfect newborn gifts.

Knee High respects our customer’s privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed, rented or sold. Your information will be used to process orders only. Should you not wish to receive information from us, please notify us by email and we will be more than happy to do so.
how to order
Simply order online. Your order will be sent directly to our service department. You will then be taken directly to the PAYPAL site, where you may pay for your goods. Then simply use your credit card to pay the invoice through PAYPAL.
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of order and processing of credit card payment.
Remember, you don't need to have an account to use PAYPAL; just a credit card! PAYPAL is simple, easy, efficient and above all a secure method of payment.
delivery including overseas orders
Knee High uses Australia Post for delivery within Australia and overseas. You have the option to choose the postage that best suits your needs.
We will post overseas, however, we do recommend that you choose the Registered Overseas Post. The postage rates shown for overseas orders is a parcel of 500grams to approximately 1-2kg.
Please be aware that even though Australia Post is an efficient service, problems sometimes do occur. Knee High does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items once they have left our office. We therefore recommend that you consider either Express Post or Registered Post as the item may be tracked using the bar code on the satchel.
out of stock items
Knee High uses a system that ensures that when an item is out of stock it is automatically either listed as so, or removed from the site. If this does not occur, Knee High will be in contact immediately to give you the opportunity to either cancel the order or choose an alternative product. Unfortunately we cannot backorder on sale or discontinued items.
exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if for some reason you are not happy with the size, colour, and style of the item or if it just wasn’t what you expected it to be. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Exchanges will be happily given if the item has not been used or worn and all of the labels are still attached. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged.
Please note that sale items and discontinued items are not exchangeable and all sales are final.
faulty goods
At Knee High every item is checked before dispatch and packed with great care. Should an item be delivered faulty we urge the customer to contact us via email to discuss an appropriate resolution. We will be happy to contact the customer via phone should this be more convenient. All faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Knee High are happy to refund for faulty items on approval of the fault. However, we are unable to take responsibility for items that may become damaged or lost in transit. Shipping costs unfortunately will not be included in the refund.
pricing
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. Knee High reserves the right to change prices at our discretion.
